BODY COMPOSITION

Developing lean muscle mass while lowering body fat requires a strategic approach to your fitness and nutrition programs. My sessions are mixed with dynamic exercise to garner both muscular development and cardiovascular developments. Over the duration of my programs, I consistently develop new methods consisting of different rep ranges, angles, speed and tempos all while emphasizing on perfect form. Keeping our bodies guessing what is yet to come will ensure we are always seeing results.

POSTURE & BODY ALIGNMENT

Regardless of athletic ability, body misalignment and bad posture are formed through incorrect movement during exercise or bad habits formed in our everyday lives. During my assessment I observe how my clients bodies move biomechanically. Whether its posture issues, joint instability, or decreased range of motion, my programs are designed specifically to get you results while improving the way you look, feel & move.

ADAPTIVE TRAINING .........

Providing over 7,000 sessions to a diverse group of clientele has taught me how to adapt to their wants and needs. Over the years, I have learned various training techniques to keep the sessions fun and exciting. I communicate with my clients daily about my training style, nutrition, and off day workouts. As my program goes along, I make modifications based on your feed back. I believe this is a team effort and having and honest relationship will maximize your results.
